Monday Mishmash

Happy Monday, everyone. 

1. Word Count in my latest book The Lost Island I hit over 18,000 in word count!
2. Christmas is right around the corner. There are 7 days till then. This year I raised money from signings and am using it to get gifts for family.
3. Signings have been going really well for me. At my last signing I sold eleven of my books!
4. Last years are hard, and this year is my last year at my elementary school. Next year is off to middle school without one of my best friends.
5.  Writing has been hard to do with so much schoolwork, clubs, and more. 

Friday Feature

Happy Friday everyone! Today I will be reviewing one of my personal favorite books. It is called The Fourteenth Goldfish.

The  Fourteenth Goldfish is about a girl who's grandfather is a scientist. He makes an aging potion to make him look younger. Sure enough it worked, and now he looks like a teen. Will he be able to get his new experiment from the lab with his new identity and survive middle school again? Find out for yourself by reading the book!

Many of you are here because you came from Kelly Hashway's blog. Some of you are here because you are my friends from school. No matter how you got here, welcome. I have exciting news. Friday Feature: The Terrible Two

Happy Friday Everyone! Today I will be reviewing the book Terrible Two.

It is about a boy named Miles who was the prankster at his old school, but now that he is moving, he will no longer be a school's prankster because his new school appears to all ready have a prankster. 

The principal is blaming him for all pranks even when he didn't do them. He gets a school buddy named Niles, who is a prankster himself. They end up in a prank war. But who will win? Will they join together or be in the war forever? Find out by reading The Terrible Two.

Monday Mishmash

Happy Monday!

1. The Lost Island I am very excited to say I have finished my book. The book is called The Lost Island. It is the second book in the Secret Sister series. I love how many people liked my first book and wanted me to finish my next one.
2. Thoughts I really like how people enjoyed The Secret Sister. But sadly The Lost Island might be the last book. I really want to keep writing more in the series, but the problem is I need peoples' opinions if I should keep going or not. I know in my previous post Kelly Hashway commented that I should do the Diary series, but everyone who can comment please comment your opinion. Thanks to everyone who will.
3. School Summer passed by so quickly, and today I start school. I will be going into 5th grade already, my last year in elementary school.
4. Young Writers I really want to inspire people to write. I grew up writing and I just kept believing. I will never stop dreaming of being a New York Times Bestselling Author.
5. Time I will be blogging when I can even though I have school. Also I would love for you guys to ask me questions. I will try to answer all of them in one post and keep doing Q&A posts on Wednesdays when I have no Writing news.

Friday Feature: Rich Mitch

Rich Mitch

Happy Friday everyone! Today I will be reviewing the book Rich Mitch. 

Mitch has a passion, not an ordinary passion, though. His passion is entering sweepstakes. When he enters the Dazzle sweepstakes, he wins, but before he won, he promised his friend half of the prize money not knowing he would win.  The prize was $250,000! His parents wanted to use the money for college funds and a roof replacement, but little did they know he had already made plans for $125,000. Mitch didn't think it was fair he didn't get the money since they wouldn't be rich if it weren't for him. Mitch starts getting mail asking him for money and a woman leaves a dog for him. But the only problem is that she never told them she would do it. The woman did it because she couldn't afford to take care of all 12 dogs she owned. She barely had enough for herself. So Mitch sent her $500 so she could fix her roof for people to board there again and she would get paid enough to take her dog back.

writer wednesday

Writer Wednesday

Many of you may know I have put aside writing until summer break for my school. That is true, but I am now out of school and working on writing again.  I am planning to mainly work on The Lost Island instead of Haily Benton and the School of Secrets or any other books I have been working on. I know I have not yet told you, but The Lost Island I am planning on making the last book in that series. So I want everyone who is reading this to tell me their opinion on if I should keep going with one or two more books in the Secret Sister series or not because if so I do have some more ideas that I want to use, but it can't be in The Lost Island. I was also hoping to make a journal series for the characters from The Secret Sister and The Lost Island series. So I would love to hear your opinion on that, too. 

Haily Benton will be a series, but I might keep pushing that off a bit since not many people know about it. I am also pushing it back so I can finish the first book series I started. 

I am really excited to finish these books because I truly think that you will enjoy all the twists, mysteries, and adventures.

monday mishmash 6/12/17

1. Posts Lately I have not been posting due to school and homework. That all changes now because school is out. I will try my best to post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
2. Writer Wednesday I have found it hard lately to find things to talk about on Writer Wednesday posts. Due to that, I will only be doing Writer Wednesday when I have something to talk about. I would love it if you could comment about something to do for my next Writer Wednesday. So if any of you have questions about writing a book or want to know more about a book I am writing, comment and I will answer in my next Writer Wednesday!
3. Books I have been holding back on writing books lately because of my time limit due to school. This summer I will continue writing and make a goal to finish The Lost Island.
4. Back to School I will be going back to school the 26th-29th. Except I am not going to be doing the regular math or reading; instead it is a basketball camp!
5. Race I am hoping to do the races at ESU this summer. I have done them before and want to do them again. Last time I got second place. This time I'm going for first.☺
